Studied Philosophy, Linguistics, and Political Science, later Psychology at the University of Heidelberg.

Research Associate at the Theoretikum and Klinikum of the University of Heidelberg.

In private practice since 2007.

Research:

Psychology of language (ironic speech acts). Chronic pain (pain measurement, cancer pain, headaches in children). Numerous scientific publications.

Teaching:

Communication techniques for psychosomatic disorders.

Therapy:

Psychosomatic pain (especially headaches and back pain), functional disorders. Hypnotherapy according to Milton Erickson.

Lectures and Seminars:

Supervision and further training for doctors and psychotherapists in the field of psychosomatic disorders; Basic psychosomatic care.
